Exclusive: CollegeDekho acquires GetMyUni in all cash deal
Winter Capital-backed CollegeDekho has acquired GetMyUni in an all cash deal. This is the second acquisition by the Jaipur-based company in the past three years. In July 2019, it had acquired Scholarship Facilitation Services (SFS) for about $1 million. CollegeDekho has passed a special resolution for the 100% acquisition of GetMuUni Education Services Private Limited (GMU), its regulatory filings show.
