Gupshup acquires cloud communications firm Knowlarity
Conversational messaging platform Gupshup has acquired cloud communications firm Knowlarity Communications. While the company did not disclose the deal size, as per Entrackr’s sources, the deal size is estimated at around $100 million. This is the second acquisition by Gupshup in the last four months following the acquisition of Dotgo, a rich communications services (RCS) platform.
