Krafton backs game development studio Nautilus Mobile
South Korean gaming major Krafton has invested $5.4million in JetSynthesys-owned mobile game development studio Nautilus Mobile. According to Nautilus, the funding will help deepen its penetration in more markets globally and broaden its scope to other games in addition to cricket. JetSynthesys will continue to remain the majority shareholder in Nautilus following the investment. Set up in 2013 and acquired by JetSynthesys in October 2020, Nautilus is a simulation-based cricket gaming franchise with over 100 million downloads and a community of 10 million monthly active users.
