Fresh produce supply chain company Ninjacart has acquired Tecxprt, a software as a service (SaaS)-based communication platform for an undisclosed sum. As a part of the acquisition, Ninjacart will obtain direct access to Tecxprt’s rich technology suite, which will accelerate the digitisation within the organisation’s ecosystem.
